    Dang it, missed everyone AGAIN.

Gma, love the stories about Josiah! I think it is so wonderful how much he loves his grandma and wants to come with you! You must be doing everything right!

Dale, loved all the pics and the THelma and Louise stuff! You guys are too funny, remind me how you imbed the videos here? I would have done that with that song if I had figured out how to do it!

Mish, did you get my notes from last night? WHat is pupper's name? Harley!? (Kidding...)

Kaci girl, hope you feel better soon.

I was thinking today, cause my little girl is 2 and a half now... she tells me ALL the time what happens when she is at daycare, she gets mad when some kid eyes her chicken nuggets, she tells me which teacher had to change her, or clip her nails, or what they gave them... The Ants would have had to be totally blind deaf and dumb to know that Caylee didn't have a "nanny" but I think they did know she didn't have one anyway.

Someone!! how are ya? I have tears reading your post, and i so agree...they would have known this Nanny..all of them would have known something...and G & C would have to of met her / interacted...that would just be normal if it were a real story.
I did read your notes, I love Harley!! But we named him Cesar...it's fitting...but I've always liked Harley...who knows it may change, to harley!! LOL

The Ant's IMO are just being stubborn and playing attitude, perhaps they just aren't ready if ever to face the truth and until anyone can face the truth, they will be defensive and unreasonable...I know you know this & more...just expressing...it's annoying to me that these folks have no compassion for ZG and that this as it is nothing...Sadly eventually it will come back to haunt them...

This was too funny not to share. Hugs, Donna

    WOMAN'S PERFECT BREAKFAST

She's sitting at the table with her gourmet coffee.
Her son is on the cover of the Wheaties box.
Her daughter is on the cover of Business Week.
Her boyfriend is on the cover of Playgirl.
And her husband is on the back of the milk carton.

    Keep reading-they get better!!!

    WOMEN'S REVENGE

'Cash, check or charge?' I asked, after folding items the woman wished to purchase.
As she fumbled for her wallet
, I noticed a remote control for a television set in her purse.
'So, do you always carry your TV remote?' I asked.
'No,' she replied, 'but my husband refused to come shopping with me,

and I figured this was the most evil thing I could do to him legally.'

    UNDERSTANDING WOMEN

    (A MAN'S PERSPECTIVE)

I know I'm not going to understand women.
I'll never understand how you can take boiling hot wax,
pour it onto your upper thigh, rip the hair out by the root,

and still be afraid of a spider.

    MARRIAGE SEMINAR

While attending a Marriage Seminar dealing with communication,
Tom and his wife Grace listened to the instructor,
'It is essential that husbands and wives know each other's likes and dislikes.'
    He addressed the man,
'Can you name your wife's favorite flower?'

Tom leaned over, touched his wife's arm gently and whispered, 'It's Pillsbury, isn't it?

    CIGARETTES AND TAMPONS

A man walks into a pharmacy and wanders up & down the aisles.. The sales girl notices him and asks him if she can help him.
He answers that he is looking for a box of tampons for his wife..
She directs him down the correct aisle.
A few minutes later, he deposits a huge bag of cotton balls and a ball of string on the counter.
She says, confused, 'Sir, I thought you were looking for some tampons for your wife?
He answers, 'You see, it's like this,... yesterday, I sent my wife to the store
to get me a carton of cigarettes, and she came back with a tin of tobacco
and some rolling papers; cause it's sooo- ooo--oo- ooo much cheaper.
So, I figure if I have to roll my own . so does she.

(I figure this guy is the one on the milk carton!)

    WIFE VS. HUSBAND

A couple drove down a country road for several miles, not saying a word.
An earlier discussion had led to an argument and
neither of them wanted to concede their position.
As they passed a barnyard of mules, goats, and pigs,
the husband asked sarcastically, 'Relatives of yours?'

    'Yep,' the wife replied, 'in-laws.'

    WORDS

A husband read an article to his wife about how many words women use a day...
    30,000 to a man's 15,000.
The wife replied, 'The reason has to be because we have to repeat everything to men...

The husband then turned to his wife and asked, 'What?'

    CREATION

A man said to his wife one day, 'I don't know how you can be
so stupid and so beautiful all at the same time.
'The wife responded, 'Allow me to explain.
God made me beautiful so you would be attracted to me; God made me stupid so I would be attracted to you
    !

    WHO DOES WHAT

A man and his wife were having an argument about who
should brew the coffee each morning.
The wife said, 'You should do it because you get up first,
and then we don't have to wait as long to get our coffee.
The husband said, 'You are in charge of cooking around here and
you should do it, because that is your job, and I can just wait for my coffee.'
Wife replies, 'No, you should do it, and besides, it is in the Bible that the man should do the coffee.'
Husband replies, 'I can't believe that, show me.'

So she fetched the Bible, and opened the New Testament and showed him at the top of several pages, that it indeed says 'HEBREWS'

    The Silent Treatment

A man and his wife were having some problems at home
and were giving each other the silent treatment.
Suddenly, the man realized that the next day, he would need his wife to wake him
at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight.
Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and LOSE), he wrote on a piece of paper,
'Please wake me at 5:00 AM.' He left it where he knew she would find it.
The next morning, the man woke up, only to discover it was 9:00 AM and he had missed his flight Furious, he was about to go and see why his wife hadn't wakened him,
when he noticed a piece of paper by the bed.
The paper said, 'It is 5 :00 AM. Wake up.'

Men are not equipped for these kinds of contests.

God may have created man before woman, but there is always a rough draft before the masterpiece

    Good read, thanks, Cowboy!

I finally got to sleep sometime after 2am and I'm up again getting the crock pot going for family lunch after church. Hope you all find something to be thankful for in this day that the Lord hath made.

I need to check NASCAR.com to find out what time the race comes on; the boys are in Las Vegas this weekend. Probably around 2, but that's a guess. Every week I get a little more dis-like for Junior. He will never be the race car driver that his daddy was and I suppose some fans, like me, expected some of the Intimidator to rub off on the kid. Don't think it gonna happen. I can't root for Gordon nor Johnson, they've won enough.... I might be cheering from the recliner for Tony Stewart and Ryan Newman - both Indiana boys. Jeff Gordon claims both California and Indiana as his home states - ha! I used to watch him race sprint cars in Lawrenceburg when he was a kid, didn't like him then, either. Stewart used to race sprints at the same track and he gathered a following then that is still with him.

Enough of my blabber! On with this day! Love all of ya'll!

I'm back; the Lord has put it in my heart to share something with you:
"Be still and know that I am God"...

Sometimes, we need to just take a few moments to recognize and praise Him for who He is, the Creator of all things. Even though we number in the millions, he knows each of our hearts and loves us more than any of us can imagine! He knows our desires and our needs and He sees the entire picture of what kind of results would take place if we were to 'have it all'; the other people that would be affected and effected. He is always with us through it all, the good, the bad and the ugly. Sometimes, we just need to take time to give to Him, isn't He deserving of that?

    Hi All,

Sorry I couldn't be here yesterday. Couldn't keep anything down, was really dizzy all day and had a fever. I feel a little better today, but still get dizzy and sweaty if I move around too much. I'm able to keep stuff down now, so it's a start. Couldn't make it to the family get together yesterday. Only saw my brother Friday morning for breakfast and I wasn't feeling good then, but wanted to see him. He's only here today yet and leaving Monday morning. I can't be around people yet, because I still don't feel good and still contagious.

My Sister who works in a large hospital here, said they had the whole 3rd floor of the hospital quarantined. All with people that have this same flu bug thats going around. She said it lasts about 3 days. I had it Friday, Saturday and today, so hopefully tomorrow I will feel much better.

    Have a good day all.

    Very Happy Good morning friends!
Grandma some very deep thoughts you posted. Myself being raised as a strict Roman Catholic which I had to learn all the theologies and doctrines back wards and forward. All girls Catholic school from Kindergarten up to the end! So the foundation was made in that manner of what I need and the reason why I am here doing what I am doing. through His creation of mankind and the all the wonders of this Earth. I cherish all that has been given to me and gracious for the gift of living and loving to stay physically and mentally strong to the best of my ability. Being said this~ this is my first year I am not giving anything up for Lent. I know bad girl!. Human dignity is what I put on emphasis from all the teachings I have had in the past. That has committed me to my fullest caring for others and devoting my life to the welfare ofhumans and all creatures great and small. So I am just trying to say that we all pretty much have the same beliefs in doing what we do as best as we can. That makes it all worth while to me.So I feel I pretty much demonstrate lent all year round ! Well that's my take on it!

Hi Kaci~ just think it's the last hurrah of this virus getting the best of you, but you win in the end today, it will be over. Keep yourself hydrated but not as much as CA, pretty soon she will look like a dromedary with that reserve H2O one hump! I just want to take that bottle away from her and hide it!

Hi Dy, Yep, sipped on water late in the day yesterday to stay hydrated. Absolutely nothing sounded good and anything with a taste in it would have made me lose it soon after. The pounding headache is gone, but still stuffed up today. Just very weak and still get a little dizzy and sweaty moving around too much. I'm on the up swing of it though. How are you feeling Dy?

I had to laugh - My oldest Sister called me on her way home from the get together at another sisters house. I answered the phone and she say's "oh, is Sue there"? I responded and she says, is this not Sue's number? I said Nan it is Sue speaking!! She says OMG you are really sick... She wanted to drive 50 miles to bring me some soup and 7 up. I thanked her, but said I've already had Mom, my brothers and other sisters all want to do the same and I can't keep anything down right now. They all checked on me this morning as well, but I already have soup and gatorade in the fridge. It's best if they stay away from me, so they don't get it. I'm still contagious, since I still have a slight fever.

Thanks Mish. Yep, my family is pretty close and not much we would not do for one another. It made me mad that I couldn't spend time with my Brother Bob while he's in town. I only see him once or twice a year as it is. He lives in Nebraska, so it's quite distance away from all of us. He said he would try to get back here in the Summer and bring his whole family on that trip.

I don't think my tummy could handle solid foods right now.. Just chicken noodle soup for me today. I think I've lost 5-10 Lbs the past two days. Last time I ate was Friday morning. I took a shower and put jeans on, they have more room in them than they used to..

So, are there Nascar races on today??

I might listen to it in the background, but I had about as much Tv as I can take for a while. I don't generally watch too much of it and it was all I did yesterday when I wasn't sleeping on couch or in bed.

Ah, Mish! You are a sweetheart! If there is anyway that I could share the heartache in my life to spare someone else from that same experience, I sure would do it. My human ways in my younger days were foolish and selfish! None of you would recognize the person you know today if you were to have been given the opportunity to converse with me then. I am so thankful that He gave me a new heart! I love each and every one of you and I appreciate your friendship. Each of you are a blessing to me!

Taking a little break and posting here while I listen to the tv ... Junior just got the pass during a caution so he's back on the lead lap. Lots of engines being blown, just like last week. It gets old, last year and the year before it was tire problems. I think NASCAR has too much control. I'd like it if they would slacken the rules and let those guys race! I like it when they get scrappy and used to love the bump and run move (authored by Dale Earnhardt, Sr); which they cannot do with this new car because of the dynamics of the car.

Are you the only one that is training this guy? Didn't he come from a ranch or barn type setting? I forget. That would make it harder on you, a 12 week old puppy not housebroken with no limits! Sounds like my ex boyfriend used to own him lol. He has no limits and his adult husky is unmanageable now.lol I have told him in the past that light talk in his ears doesn't work, at this point he needs THE dog whisperer!

Hi Mish, Just takes a little time and patience to retrain him on going pot outside when he's let out. Best to keep taking him to spot he goes outside so he knows where to go and praise him when he does go (outside). He'll get the hang of it soon. He's still a pup and can't fully control his bladder yet. He sure is a little cutie...
