DEFENSE IS trying to prove that duct tape put on AFTER DECOMP, AND THUS kRONK THERARY, and removes states therary that duct tape killed Caylee.

This does not even make sense anymore... The Dr is digging himself a grave. He just admited water would take away from the stickiness of the tape. Why the hell would someone go back afterwards to put duct tape on a skull?

My Granny had a massive stroke, I am feeling a sense of peace that she is on her way to heaven with my Papa & her soul is releasing of all the uncomfortable issues she has been suffering for quite some time. But inside I am so saddened.

You all have a good weekend.

I know its late but came across this. Love Arlo and Woody Guthrie. I'm a huge supporter of our troops as my Dad is a Viet Nam Vet. He told me that the WW2 troops came home, they were heros! Viet Nam Vets cam home and they were shunned, just as our middle east soldiers are. Arlo says alot how I feel

I remember the demonstrations when the guys came home from Viet Nam, Dave. They were spit on and called ugly names. They were over there doing what they had been asked to do, it was shameful the way they were treated. They are as much America's Hero's as any man/woman who served and they deserve to be treated with respect! Many thanks to your dad for being there!

My Granny can't swallow, paralyzed & is pretty lifeless...she will only live maybe 3 more days, hospice was planning to go in this evening...we will celebrate her life in our own way here in California...just hoping & praying she'll go in her sleep peacefully.

I hope my facorate father had a great day yesterday...
Was outside working on the yard for 4 hrs, and almost died when I finally stopped, but felt good.
Have to get ready for work, working 3 days a week now, cleaning houses, so will miss the morning court case. Over the weekend I heard from other ppl watching this case, and most of them think Casey is guilty, but the defense has successfully opened the door some dought. Whether any of us want to admit this, but there may be a chance that Caylee won't get justice....just throwing that out, and rememeber, the jury does not get all that we have heard.

JB is doing this on purpose. He asked for mistrial so many times and was denied, that his only option to get another trial is to go against court orders again, and again, hoping that one of his witnesses will be excluded, which opens the door to a new trial. I don't think JB's antics will stop. He is putting the judge against a wall.
