Morning!! LOL, missed the 1st hour...didn't get to see Bozo get spanking.

I see no reason Dr. G would have needed to examine everyhting in Caylee's skull. As she testified, there was enough of evidence she is killed by duct tape.

"loosely on skull" sooooooooo??? nothing on bone that suggested it was on it. now demonstrating with a skull he brought that lower jaw falls off, not being held by duct tape.
watching Casey..she is rubbing her face so it gets all red so it looks like she is crying..no tears r visable.

no daught in his mind if duct tape was on body, there would have been remains on the duct tape..geez..good witness for defense...

Hmm, Dr. Spitz doesn't mention about body being submerged in water after it was disposed of. Wouldn't any DNA be washed away given it was under water?

4 classification of mannaer of death..would not be able to tell us what it is...recess before cross
grafidy evidence inside of Cayleys skull, showed she was on her left side, but when she was found, she was upright..proof that she was moved.
state will probably call bacl Dr. G because of this testimony....

So then Caylee was lying on her left side in moms trunk decomposing...simple!

What do u ladies think? Has this witness helped the defense?

I sure hope they do too LB.. Facts are facts. Duct tape would not be visible on skin that is no longer there. Being submerged in water would wash away any DNA. The fact that duct tape is present on a facial area stuck to hair, can only suggest one thing IMO.

Ok it is protical NOT to have anyone else in autopsy.......why din't Dr. G open the skull???

I doubt this man performed that many autopsies...or he worked in a hospital & it included patient deaths-as well as car accidents, etc taken into hosp., perhaps...but forensics!? not sure of that for me. Oh lordy!! Dr. G needs to get there & give it to 'em!!!

Daley, why would she open skull...for it was clearly obvious the baby was killed involving duct tape, among everything she learned of situation...This is all bologny!! And I feel that duct tape was loose from the firt autopsy, etc handling by the time this man got it.

You know, many times Pathologist here at hosp. do open skulls, esp. children, babies...but usually they are sudden unknown deaths....in the case of caylee, hopefuuly it will be right that Dr. G didn't perform on skull...
(know this because 2 friends work in the morgue/pathology)

I have lost respect for Dr. Spitz just as I have no respect for Dr. Henry Lee. IMO, Henry Lee makes the evidence what he wants it to be... and I think he is listed as defense witness...
