Maine boy name is Camdon, mother gave him an overdose of cough syrup..mom has mental illness, found on rt 495 Chelmsford Ma. she is in mental hospital now...

I don't believe there is a plea deal, just that bozo had personal problems at home..nothing as big as they r making it.

She was being questioned in Concord, Mass. before being taken to an area hospital for a medical evaluation.

A pickup truck towed from the rest stop is registered to a Julianne McCrery of Irving, Texas.

McCrery has not been charged with any crime at this time.

The body of the young boy was discovered alongside a dirt road. South Berwick is a town on the New Hampshire border. Authorities have not confirmed the identity of the deceased boy, as of yet.

Maine State Police earlier in the day began referring all questions to the Maine Attorney General's Office, which has not commented on the case.

Family members tell NECN that McCrery is being questioned in the death of six-year-old Camden Pierce Hughes.

Pictures of the boy on McCrery's Facebook page strongly resemble a computer-generated image of the unidentified boy in the South Berwick case.

McCrery has been arrested on drug and prostitution charges in the past. She has two sons, Camden, and an older son, Ian, who is a culinary specialist in the U.S. Navy.

McCrery wrote a sleeping aid book entitled "Good Night Sleep Tight: How to Fall Asleep and Go Back to Sleep when You Wake Up."

She can't plead NOT guilty and then change her mind when she thinks things are going wrong after she has entered a plea . The State has filed the charges of Murder1 and only the state can change it. She may be found guilty on a lessor charge but as it is now......MURDER 1 DP!!!!!!
