Hello everyone....hope everyone has had a good day....I have cooked most of the day....Great Northern Beans, fried cabbage with polish sausage, and cornbread.....I am taking Mad and his friend Billy Bob some.....LOL....Other than that I have had a lazy day....and it sure has felt good....I just wanted to say hello to all...BBL....Hugs!!!!

Hay all! thanks for all the good wishes! U all have made my birthday......
Nothing wrong with me other than I have to get rid of my hyadle hernia which causes alot of what I have been going thro, might have scare tissue and pollups on throat. I will be having the colonoscopy and the throat oscopy thingy on Monday. I have a name of doc who is highly recommended for removal of hernia. I also have to loose 100 ibs. Apparently the antidepressents make one gain weight, so it is a bit of a catch 2 where i am depressed then I get more depressed because I have gained weight, so some decision has to be made there.
Ian was told by doc that he has hi-colestral and borderline diabetic, so he too has to go on diet. We just talked about what we r going to do together to go on our diets. Dr said always have salad with meal, helps with the loosing of weight. "light" everything, no red meat, fish and chicken, veggies, fruit, no breads, cheese, dairy products! I hate a good meal with my friend susie, so starting tomorrow, a very serious diet. Oh yes, no soda, alot of water.
so things can be fixed! just have to be dilegent!
that is the short of it all!

PS, Ian put beautiful shell for driveway for my b-day, he cleaned up some brush, fed and cared for dogs for me, so he came thro on my b-day!!!!yea!

I know all of u have been worried about me, and I have appreciated that more than I can express, BUT most of all I want to thank Dy for her love, her worry, and her totally unselfish committment to our friendship. That is the best present anyone could ever get! Dy i love u, and De, Big Bud, Mad, Dave, Ali, Linda, Mishy thank u so much for ur love and careing...I have been blessed!

I am SO right brained that I think my left brain is atrophied completely. But a friend of mine figured out that if you are right brained, you can do a math problem (something easy, but concentrate on it) and try again, and it goes clockwise again for a sec, then switches! She was more left brained, so it went counter clockwise, but if she tried doing something artistic, a doodle or something, it switches the other way! Pretty interesting. Dave, Michelle can use this for a science experiment when they do those, in what is it, 7th grade?
I got on early tonight so I could say Hey to all of you who I have missed lately, but I have to run out and get my little one who is at my dad's house... but will come again soon and hopefully see some of you then!
