When you do a search on google most of the reports are investigating the Pastor and looking into his past. Something coming down with that. I don't think this Timothy Lawless the 44 year old ,is a relative....JMO , but anything can happen

Hey everyone! Just wanted to comment about the photos, the one of Michele in the flower field is worthy of enlarging and framing! The one of Dave .... he looks like Magnum PI, the Marlboro Man... and Ali, you look like a queen! So happy, all of you, and that makes my heart happy!

It has been a rough week with the wrist thing ... the steroids had me so jittery that I only dozed two hours Th. night, then up to work. I went like the energizer bunny (did not take the steroids on Friday, although I was supposed to). I was concerned all that energy and me trying to work it off would cause to stress to my old heart; although it did help the swelling in my wrist. Yesterday I started the NSAIDS, one a day. I got up at 6:30 this morning with that jittery feeling again (they have the same warnings and side effects that the steroids had). I have to take it, so please pray that it works for the wrist and that I can rest tonight .... I can't work with no rest; my job is too detailed and requires complete focus. Mamaging a database can be tricky, plus I've still got Phase II of the equipment tagging to get out in the field. Oh, Lord, please calm me!

Sad, sad about Sandra's family! We have to wonder about all the people that are in contact with our children and grandchildren. Hold them close, smother them with protection and teach them about the ways of this world. As I have told my son and his wife, you don't want them touched by the slime, but you need to make them aware of it so that they may heed any warning signs and be open enough to discuss those warnings with their parents. I am fearful for the children and I pray for their protection.

Daley, how are you? I pray for healing for you, my friend! Any news about Mad? I sure pray that he would take better care of himself and eat healthier.

Sorry for such a long post, I guess the script has me bouncing... need to get up and try to work it off before I have to take another one! The boys are in 'Dega, today; hope it is a race worth watching and that I can sit still to watch at least part of it. Much love to you all!

Good morning all! What a difference a day makes. it is literally hot outside. All my windows r open! fresh air!!!! I love it. Was on thread until midnite, not like me, but slept until 8AM, up and raring to go. I just love the wheather!
the only unfortunate thing is I woke up to news about the swine flu. I pray that it is not a pamdemic. They say the flus r more active in the winter due to homes being closed up etc, well open windows!!!
The dogs r going crazy because thekids in the neighborhood r outside, and yelling, playing, and all they want to do is herd them so the barking is unbearable, Finally got them to calm down for awhile.
I will take the doggiews to the field for a run, that might help. Hopefully I will have enough energy to get out into yard. Happy Day!!

New Zealand said that 10 students who took a school trip to Mexico "likely" had swine flu. Israel said a man who had recently visited Mexico had been hospitalized while authorities try to determine whether he had the disease. French Health Ministry officials said four possible cases of swine flu are currently under investigation, including a family of three in the northern Nord region and a woman in the Paris region. The four recently returned from Mexico. Tests on two separate cases of suspected swine flu proved negative, they said.
In the U.S., there have been at least 11 confirmed cases of swine flu in California, Texas and Kansas. Patients have ranged in age from 9 to over 50. At least two were hospitalized. All recovered or are recovering.
New York health officials said more than 100 students at the St. Francis Preparatory School, in Queens, recently began suffering a fever, sore throat and aches and pains. Some of their relatives also have been ill.
Some St. Francis students had recently traveled to Mexico, The New York Times and New York Post reported Sunday.
About 100 students complained of flu-like symptoms at the school. Some students went to Cancun on a spring break trip two weeks ago
Preliminary tests of samples taken from sick students' noses and throats confirmed that at least eight had a non-human strain of influenza type A, indicating probable cases of swine flu, city health officials said. The exact subtypes were still unknown, and the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was conducting further tests.
Hong Kong and Taiwan said visitors who came back from flu-affected areas with fevers would be quarantined. China said anyone experiencing flu-like symptoms within two weeks of arrival an affected area had to report to authorities. A Russian health agency said any passenger from North America running a fever would be quarantined until cause of the fever is determined.
Tokyo's Narita airport installed a device to test the temperatures of passengers arriving from Mexico.
Indonesia increased surveillance at all entry points for travelers with flu-like symptoms — using devices at airports that were put in place years ago to monitor for severe acute respiratory syndrome, or SARS, and bird flu. It said it was ready to quarantine suspected victims if necessary.
Hong Kong and South Korea warned against travel to the Mexican capital and three affected provinces. Italy, Poland and Venezuela also advised their citizens to postpone travel to affected areas of Mexico and the United States.
Symptoms of the flu-like illness include a fever of more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit (37.8 degrees Celsius), body aches, coughing, a sore throat, respiratory congestion and, in some cases, vomiting and diarrhea.
At least 81 people have died from severe pneumonia caused by the disease in Mexico, according to the WHO.
The virus is usually contracted through direct contact with pigs, but Joseph Domenech, chief of animal health service at U.N. Food and Agriculture Agency in Rome, said all indications were that the virus is being spread through human-to-human transmission.
No vaccine specifically protects against swine flu, and it is unclear how much protection current human flu vaccines might offer.
Russia banned the import of meat products from Mexico, California, Texans and Kansas. South Korea said it would increase the number of its influenza virus checks on pork products from Mexico and the U.S.
Serbia on Saturday banned all imports of pork from North America, despite reassurances from the FAO that pigs appear not to be the immediate source of infection.
Italy's agriculture lobby, Coldiretti, warned against panic reaction, noting that farmers lost hundreds of millions of euros (dollars) because of consumers boycotts during the 2001 mad cow scare and the 2005 bird flu outbreak.
Japanese Agriculture Minister Shigeru Ishiba appeared on TV to calm consumers, saying it was safe to eat pork.
In Egypt, health authorities were examining about 350,000 pigs being raised in Cairo and other provinces for swine flu.
The WHO's pandemic alert level is currently at to phase 3. The organization said the level could be raised to phase 4 if the virus shows sustained ability to pass from human to human.
Phase 5 would be reached if the virus is found in at least two countries in the same region.
"The declaration of phase 5 is a strong signal that a pandemic is imminent and that the time to finalize the organization, communication, and implementation of the planned mitigation measures is short," WHO said.
Phase 6 would indicate a full-scale global pandemic.
    ____
Associated Press writers around the world contributed to this report.
__New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg says that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has confirmed that students at a city high school were infected with swine flu.
New York officials previously had said they were eight "probable" cases, but tests later confirmed that it was indeed swine flu. Bloomberg stressed that the cases were mild and many are recovering.

LOS ANGELES - Beatrice Arthur, the tall, deep-voiced actress whose razor-sharp delivery of comedy lines made her a TV star in the hit shows "Maude" and "The Golden Girls" and who won a Tony Award for the musical "Mame," died Saturday. She was 86.
Arthur died peacefully at her Los Angeles home with her family at her side, family spokesman Dan Watt said. She had cancer, Watt said, declining to give details.

blink, it IS RUMOR. You have yet to report how it was scooped to you or even how this person is related! Of course this could be a similar confusion of names. Thanks for bringing my websleuths post over here btw. It shows where you are getting your info/sources from. Feel free to “moderate” as you deem necessary.
no need to moderate, I think it is clear you dont appreciate being called out, but have no problem dissing others, Why would I need to edit that in any way? Notice you never answered any of my questions.
The no.1 rule in journalism is never to reveal a source. Secondly, doing so could compromise the identity of the victim, who is 9. SO tough darts, say what you want, your curiosity and apparently unresearched opinions can paint the web before I would ever do such a thing. I was sent your post by one of your colleagues on WS who was equally as flabbergasted, I do not read there.
Getting my information from WS? Isnt that an oxymoron? You need to do some studying about when what I report hits over there and how, you would be very enlightened. Furthermore you could also study how much of the dialog contained there comes from information here or Scared Monkeys without attribution; we have a working study on it if you would prefer to wait for that. That being said, why cant anyone affiliated with that site get the fact that if you are truly a victims advocate forum, you actually need to be advocating something instead of caring who is right first??
It would seem the only news to have broken on Websleuths recently would be a momtective on Nancy Grace giving them copyright infringed videos, Nancy Grace mentioning them negatively by name, a post calling respected journalist Ashley Banfield a *****, outing of a administrative Staff member and Mod as a registered Sex offender and most recently Marc Klaas approaching Tricia directly about a hate mail and threat campaign against the Riegers. Yep, a regular cornocopia of data, I see your point.

I may be speaking out of turn here but I live in the South. Baptist ministers may or may not be ordained as you would think of in other denominations. I AM NOT CASTING DOUBT ON ANY BAPTIST MINISTER OR CHURCH. What I know to be true is that many Baptist ministers can be called and ordained before any formal education is completed. This is not to criticize the Baptist faith but there are other demoninations as well where a pastor only needs to “hang up his shingle” so to speak and be in the ministry. Formal ordination and education is not universal to all denominations. My point is that I would not put too much stock into time or length of “education” but more on the biblical concept that a person called to minister and preach the word of God is held to higher standard of accountability by God.
    3. Comment by nursebeeme — April 25, 2009 @ 5:08 pm
wow… there was much to address in your response. Yes, I do realize I was posting on a forensic astrology page!
I have one question for you.. in order for you to post a headline stating that this person is a blood relative of MH, I would expect you would know how they are related and you have not said that.
You chasise me for saying that it is irresponsible reporting to point this out… that you may be taking a surname incorrectly without proof of said relation… and then talk about the other Melissa Huckaby of which there was an alert put out in not only message boards but the mainstream media to keep her innocent name out of this case.
While this man TL is a POS that does not mean he is a blood relative of MH. Where is your links/sources/proof and how is he related. Does this not remotely strike you as barking up the wrong tree unless you can prove a connection?
If you did scoop this and it comes to its’ fruition my hat is off to you and I mean that sincerely. At this time, I do not see the connection other than a similar last name.
      again, moderate as you will.
Nurse, I stand by my post. I trust I addressed this in my last response. I am clear on your position, but I think you were way off base the way you went about it and I expected better from you. You were rude and you smeared me and my work in general over this issue and that’s not cool, and frankly very different than our interactions of the past.
Anyway- this is about Sandra Cantu and stopping freaks. I will put my energies back there.
      B

    4. Comment by nursebeeme — April 25, 2009 @ 5:11 pm
I specifically state I cannot tie TL to Sandra’s case, so how is that irresponsible, dangerous and reckless?
again… my point being is here is your headline title:
“sources- Lawless relative arrested on sex charges”
you did not say possible or probably relative.. You said “lawless relative”
I know what it says I wrote it. At no time do I speculate as to whether or not Lawless has any involvement in the charges against Huckaby, because consequently I have no facts in that regard, and that would be wreckless. You jumped the gun on this one Nurse- do you have enough juxtzpah to admit it?
      B

      Just a couple of comments,
The Folsom incident is suspicious, more to come I’m sure…
Blink, I assumed you were a man, however one post referred to you as a woman. Can you set me straight? You seem to be a man the way you write..
Another thing, good job on all of the negative comments about you, this is one of the best sites I have ever seen and you do a wonderful job keeping the facts, not fiction, straight..
lol, I am not a dude. Thank You for the kind words. I have to reread my stuff, I do not know what screams dude but I get that alot…

    6. Comment by FairestWitness — April 26, 2009 @ 8:21 am
I understand what you’re saying, Blink. Why do people get so caught up on meaningless, irrelevant minutiae?
We are talking about murdered, abused and sexually violated children, for chrissakes. Who the hell cares if you “prove” your source? You gave him your word and that’s good enough for me. If you say you got it from a reliable source, I believe you and trust what you report.
But, even if I didn’t, I wouldn’t get all bent out of shape and come out swinging at you like an asshole. This is your blog. And it’s a good one. Show some respect, for crying out loud.
In the end, we are discussing pedophiles and child murderers. That’s the salient point here.
Sources are sources, some are unfailing, some you take a leap for. I do not play fast and loose with them. I was comfortable putting out the info I got, in the manner in which it was presented in this article. Sources can be wrong. It happens, but to your point that is exactly right- to what end do you feel compelled to stick up for pedos?
The obvious answer is the truth should be the truth, I support that, but it has no bearing on either case individually at this point so why slam a person’s body of work (which the poster has been in full support of and took info from here to progress discussions elsewhere..) It just seems tantamount to a tantrum. I am not aware of anytime I have presented anything as a fact that has been incorrect yet, if someone is, let me know. Anything that is my opinion is stated as such, which I am entitled to. Thanks all for the support, thanks anyone that is not supportive this time but mature, fair and reasonable about it, and I do believe this horse is dead friends who care - Page 11 Icon_smile

Wow! What a fantastic race today!!! No, Junior didn't win but he came in second. His protoge' won (didn't know he had one). Lots of excitement and no injuries! It is the best race of the season, so far. I hope you've all had a great day; it was beautiful! Have a great and very blessed week!

It is suppose to get colder, but not yet. It got quite humid this afternoon.
I walked dogs in field, move some plants out to deck, and cleaned it up a bit, and worked in dog's yard, couldn't finish, but did a good job. Then went to Bennys to get those small fence thingys, but they were out, got a heavy duty broom to finish off deck, straighten up house. Tree ios outside, so the kitchen is so bright now, showing the 10 ft. slider., move dining table to window, so when eat can look out. Then I took a nap...boy was I tired slept to 5PM, fed dogs, ate my shrimp I got earlier in day, and now i am settled for the nite...goood day for Dale.
