they put the DP back on the table for KC! Wow, about time. Maybe those clowns will start taking this seriously now. They seem to think this is all a joke or will go away. I am glad they feel they have the evidence to put her on trial for her life. She is a waste of a life.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- George and Cindy Anthony will appear on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" next month for an exclusive interview, according to the TV show.
The Anthonys' daughter, Casey Anthony, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were discovered in December. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in July.
The show said the Anthonys will speak about their granddaughter and the investigation into her death. The sit-down will be the Anthonys' first joint interview since Caylee's remains were found.
The date that the episode will air has not been released.

High-profile DA to prosecute suspect in Tracy girl’s slaying

A San Joaquin County deputy district attorney who has put two murderers on California’s death row said today he’ll prosecute Melissa Huckaby, a Tracy woman suspected of killing 8-year-old Sandra Cantu.

Prosecutor Thomas Testa said that in Tuesday’s court hearing – Huckaby’s first in this case since her Friday arrest – he will make a motion for the judge to issue a gag order.
