Hope you had a good birthday, Sue!
Sorry I didn't get here last evening... it was Grandma Night with the boyz! I think we read about a dozen books, they kept bringing them by armloads! We played hide and seek and then had cookies and chocolate milk. Then it was snuggle time in Daddy's big chair, both boyz had one arm around my neck. It helped to take away the disappointment of not being able to share Sister's Day today. It is just too hot and steamy for me to be in it that long. Ron's (bro in law) colon surgery is next week, so it will be about 6-8 weeks before we can get another day. His heart is really not good and the blockage would have been a better fix; he is having lots of PVCs and they have put him on medication, contemplating an indwelling defibrilator at some point. Just praying he does well for this surgery next week.
I'll miss part of the closing arguments tomorrow - but, I'll be watching in the afternoon. Jury may begin deliberations as early as tomorrow evening; that would be good! I don't think it will take long for them to make a decision. Over! Juscice for Caylee is a breath away!
Hope you all enjoy this day of no trial.

Good morning all,
Thank you for all the B-Day wishes
Very sorry that I had to shut down so quickly when the storm moved in. Don't want my comp getting knocked out or I can't stay in touch or watch the trial.
Had a good time staying at my Mom's last night. We watched Shrek 3 which neither of us found very humorus. Wasn't my idea to watch it.. We went to be early 10ish and neither of us slept good at all last night. The pups always sleep on the bed with me and marched right down the hall to my bed when we were getting ready to go to bed. My Mom called them spoiled brats and couldn't believe they went straight to my room and not their pens. I could not get comfortable and it felt too warm in the house. I turned the ceiling fan on and man that thing was noisy. I spent half the night getting up to turn it off and back on again. I tossed and turned all night long and never slept a wink. I got up when it got light out, let the pups out and blocked them in the kitchen/living room. I packed up my overnight bag and went home to try to get atleast an hour of sleep. That didn't happen, cause I can't sleep when it is light out.
I called my Mom about 8:30, cause she would wonder where/why I was not there. She said she didn't sleep good at all either and couldn't get comfortable. She said she laid on the floor a couple different times, thinking afterwards that she would be glad to get back in her bed. She never got to sleep until 3:00ish. I think part of that is because she had a chocolate shake and an almond joy candy bar later at night. I told her then that she would regret having that much sugar at night. Yep, she regretted it.
I can't get my buns in gear today, but have to at some point. We both want to see the Blue Angels that will be at the air show today. They are too awesome to miss them when they are here.
Well, it's going to be an early to bed night for me.. Looking forward to the closing arguments tomorrow in the trial. That is also something I don't want to miss.

I am hopeful that the jury will begin deliberations this evening. Also hopeful of a quick verdict! I'm praying for God's Will to be done, laying aside my own judgement. Normal, in my understanding, has not and will not describe this family. There is too much for anyone to fix, except God. I pray that they can move on with their lives - Casey will be herself and make the best of it, wherever she is. She has no sense of empathy or compassion; if she is not given the DP (and I don't think she will be) then she needs to spend the rest of her life in a controlled atmosphere. It is sad, indeed!
So thankful for an extra day off this weekend! So thankful for the reason that we have that day off! Only in America! I strive to remember that Freedom is not Free - that thousands have paid with the ultimate sacrifice so that we may live free! God Bless American Veterans and those who are still serving!

Good morning all.............
Yesterday was a full day out in the yard, and by the time I had the last part of yard to work on, I felt sick. Went in house, drank tons of water, showered, fed dogs, and crashed!!!
Today is physically relaxing, but I think mentally I will be wreck.....closing arguements..wow, can't believe we have gotten this far. Many questions rolling thro my mind..due to Judgy's instructions, Bozo can not bring up sexual abuse, and what will he say about accidental drowning. What will the jury finally decide..I think there will be a compremize due to fact a juor may think there is reasonable daught, thus manslaughter. Just my guess. I don't believe she'll get 1st degree, and there will be a penelty phase, but we will all see soon enouph.

This part is very boring..opps, not so,,Bozo bringing up that there is evidence of sexual abuse, ie, DNA test of George/Lee, fact she never had gyna. dr appointment..he is asking jury to use common sense...Defense says jury can decide that themselves. Sites paternity tests, irregular menstrual cycles, and no GYN visits till 19 and pregnant...and hidden pregnancy..reason behind that, common knowledge that children abuse grow up to be permisculous etc.
