Apparently the Judge could reduce it to 2nd degree murder, but insessions feels defense will loose.

When Linda spoke, I could just see Casey's face...fuming that Linda states exactly what she did. Won't it be interesting to see if Casey testifies, how could such a liar go on the stand.

Perry is expected to decide whether to let the defense call a man convicted of kidnapping, who Anthony's attorneys claim received a call from George Anthony ahead of Caylee's disappearance.

Anthony's attorneys said they just uncovered a link between George Anthony and a man named Vasco Thompson. The defense claims they found Vasco through phone records.
