I don't think the defense will disgard him because of that. He explained why he said that and it made sense as to why he answered the way he did. I think he will be in.

This rate we will barely get any jurors...thought the guy was cool, and often I have gotten upset with cops too, but usually the same reason as this guy..oh well, I guess I would never be on a jury..lol
