State therary, Casey chloroformed Caylee then finished her off with duct tape, because u can't prove the chloroform since baby was so decomped, but they have a chance of provong the duck tape therary. they r trying to get away ftom circumstancial evidence therary...Dr. G even said as much in her testomony.
